STRICTLY COME DANCING 2019 kicked off last night with the opening performance from former Arsenal player Alex Scott and Neil Jones. Body language expert Judi James analysed their first dance and suggested that Alex might need to let her guard down a little, and Neil could do with his ex Katya’s help.
